Transfer case o-ring seal, Evo6?

Need a bit of help in locating a part number here. Between the transfer case on the Evo6 GSR and the blok there should be 2 seals; one an o-ring seal on the input shaft, and the other should be some kind of washer that fits into the recess that allows for oil to be exchanged between the case and the gearbox. Just noticed a leak the other day, even though the case is still full.

If anyone has the part description and the part# it'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
