I'm about to bolt up my turbo soon. I'm wondering do you guys use a metal/copper gasket or silicon or both "between the head/manifold and between the flange of the manifold/turbo". Which method is more reliable?

-which is better? Metal or Copper gasket? I did some googlin, copper is prefered over metal gasket, is that true?
-if uses silicon, what silicon is recommended?

I pulled out the old mls gasket a few days ago, and I can see it got chewed through by the high exht temp......... <_<
