$81 each from Proton? Thats not bad. I just got mine repainted 3 weeks ago for $100 for both sides.

haha cmon guys i hope none of you wasted your money on genuine mitsi ones, i posted the part numbers a couple years ago for the proton ones

i tried explaining the install in page 2 but didnt do too well
the middle part of the strip just snaps on
the front and rear of the strip snap in and under the glass (well kind of..) i applied pressure to the strip (where the clips are) and pushed downward+inward toward the glass to snap it underneath
best thing to do is take the old crap ones off first and take note of the position of the clips on the old ones. your new proton strips will come with new clips so slide them into the same position as your old strip and it will install easier
Note: when i bought the proton ones it had one extra clip on each strip - i just removed it so that it had the same amount of clips as my old ones
