oh well, the weekend was still an absolute blast

the proper track runs were much more successful than the skidpans

i came 23/38 (overall)
got better overall times than:
3 r33 gtst
1 r32 gtst
2 180sx
1 s15
1 corolla
1 xr6t
1 m5
1 rx7
1 sti (driven by a 17yr old girl... when her dad drove, he came 9th overall)
1 mx5

so in conclusion, i need a rear lsd, rear swaybar, coilovers and a better handbrake

hmm i need to find some $$$ for some semi-slicks so i can come have a play :(

GOT BODY ROLL  guess you have 100% std suspension :( , get yourself the 26mm rear swaybar, you will say got oversteer ;) With supporting other mods

It was bucketing down with rain, so semi's wouldn't have helped much

fun

using your handbrake will do nothing (unless your viscous centre diff is toasted) as i will only try to lock all 4 wheels.

is that why handbrake doesn't work on the vr4??

damn.. that sux

good stuff tharaka!!!
got any vids?
how'd the vr4 take it? all that abuse =)

you were definatly carrying too much speed into the corners by the looks of things.

My track car is setup for those sorts of events and once I figured out the swaybar combo its an absolute dream around a tight track.

fun

if only we could swap an active differential from an evo 7 onwards in there, then we could really have some hand brake fun.

Tharaka, a few of my friends were the organisers of that day from SAU, Andrew in the blue R34GT-R, Jack in the yellow 240Z and many others! Didn't know you were going!

Is that using your sigma 10-22?
