Vehicle Inspectors (SYD)

I am looking at buying a car in Sydney and dont have time to fly there to look at it or pick it up.

I was going to get a friend to have a look at it, but it turns out where the car is quite a distance from him and cant find the time yada yada yada.

I have a fair idea of whats wrong/needs doing to the car i am interested in, I am more interested in a getting a metric **** load of photos of it.


So i am looking into using a vehicle inspector. Has anyone used one before? good/bad?

where abouts is it?

NRMA website has a list of recommended places.

yehh, that list. is all that's really avaliable. They used to do mobile inspections, but stopped that years ago. Some of the places listed do mobile inspections too.

Hey mate... I could do it for ya, but may not be till next weekend ..

There is a vehicle inspector I use... Sydney Vehicle Check ... They are a little on the $$$ side, but they are mobile and really give the car a great go over...

I have seen NRMA miss a lot of stuff on a car report compared to these guys...

nrma vehicle inspectors are crap,

why cant you get the seller of the car to take 100 pic and send them to you? tell him you are from another state and want a really good look before flying up...

Strange .. They are usually quite good ... I wonder if the 1300 number is having a problem .. I know mine at work goes skits some times...

If no luck try the 02 number ...
