Just to clear things up.....

i havent organised or lead any of the cruises we have been on.
I post details, generate interest and get people to come.

Tharaka organised the last one, Darren from AFAS was supposed to be leading the one before that. Not my fault that people werent happy.

But yes, as I have been unofficially given the job of T4G cruise organiser for VIC, if you feel you have to put blame on somebody - go right ahead, because i couldnt care less

Its not the past! We now officialy have a Team4G Victorian Cruise Committee.. Which consists of myself, Dan and Dre..

Cruise will b discussed between us three in the next week and details posted.

I'm sorry i said anything! It wasn't ment to be an attack on anyone at all! If i remember correctly in another thread it was said that dan was the cruise organiser, so i was only taking the piss because this cruise was not posted by him! I dont know what has happened in the past with cruise being lead astray and whatever else! And the cruise that i have been on i have had no problems with the organisation of at all!! I don't know where all this agrovation has come from but i am truely sorry!

When can we have a Great Ocean Road cruise? I'd like one before it starts raining and the weather is still nice. Up to Apollo Bay and back would be great. There is a nice Pizza joint there at Apollog Bay. Much nicer than La Porchetta.

The great thing about GOR is that most ppl will know the way already

Also Charlie, if you want to do GOR, it MUST be done on a saturday. You simply can't do it on a sunday due to sheer number of tourists with caravans doing 30kmh.

I've driven it literally hundreds of times. Sundays are a day I -refuse- to drive it. Also, long weekend mondays and friday nights.

You've got a point, but it really depends how patient you are I'm not in that category.

i had the best drive of my life yesterday.. it was done towing the vr4

30kph...
never thought a drive from clayton south to endevour hills could be so relaxing..

never hit a red light...
watching the trees.. lol

GOR is a 4 hour cruise..
we haven't done a MT DANDY cruise
what about a sorrento cruise?

Team///4G's Victorian Cruise Committee will be holding a cruise on the 9th of April from Melbourne to the Great Ocean Road! All cars are welcomed, you dont have to own a 4G powered car to come along.

Details are as follows:

Meet Location: Shell/KFC Outbound Westgate Bridge
Meet Time: 10:00am
Meet Departure: 10:45AM Sharp!!!
Destinations: Erskine Falls and Twelve Apostles via GOR

We will be stopping at Erskine Falls for a bbq, it is requested that its BYO but if there is enough people interested we can purchase food etc... prior to entering Erskine Falls. Maps will be available on the day.

A CB scanner is a must! A melways is also highly recommended. Those who get lost will beable to contact myself or another member of the T4GVCC for directions.

I hope to see everyone there for a great day of fun!!!!
