Calder is closed for "works"

Due to major works and improvements to the Drag Strip, the Drift Practice and Legal Off Street Drag Racing events will not be held during the month of April, 2008.

The next Legal Off Street Drag event will be held Friday night 2 May 2008 (weather permitting!)

Heathcote have cancelled their test n tune's!

This is the response I recieved when I sent them an email:

A few changes to the calender as we are selling, so you'll have to keep checking for updates

About fucking time...

Melbounre is never going to see top quality sports compact racing if they dont splash the cash and bring the track back up to ANDRA standards.

Hopefully the changes will be such that ANDRA will give calder the thumbs up and we get to see some world class racing and not just another coat of paint and price hike...

the owner of the airstrip i know has been told to get the fuck out to run weekly drags there

he said i could use it as a once off to do a 300kph run but yeah other then that blame the council it is rooted prob why princess hwy is getting so packed these days
