Due to the success of the last drag day (sorry i couldnt attend) Team4G will be holding another event. This time there will be ONLY 40 positions avaiable and 5 reserve positions. Details are listed below:

The cost will be: $40 per car to race $15 per specator
Date: Nov 25th 2006
Time: 9am Gates open 11am Racing beings
Location: Heathcote Park Raceway

Pre-meet: TBA

Run down of the day:

- Between 9 - 10AM we will arrive at Heathcote Park.
- 10AM scrutineering opens.
- 11am to 1pm Open Racing
- 1pm Lunch
- 1:30 - 3:00pm Open Racing
- 3:00 - 4pm DIY Drag Racing
- 4pm Presentations of Trophies

Depending on the status of the Turbo Conversion, I'll be bringing the Landcruiser and a car trailer. It's also a ute so i'll happily stow peoples spares if they want to unload at the meet point wherever it is in melbourne.

If I have to tow your sorry arse home, you're pitching in for the fuel. Big thirsty diesel! I will update you 100% closer to the time.

I was thinkikng of meeting at the Hungry Jacks just off the Hume highway. Its the first set of lights after the hume hwy exit.. its opposite the Shopping centre and its got plenty of car parking..

I think this would be the best spot to meet as not everyone can get to shell and its kind of out of the way for the east side people.

From the HJ it tkaes about 1hr to get there. Ill make maps and also note where the speed camera's are just for you lead footed people.

the shell station on hume hwy would be the best place i think.. you can't miss it and its got plenty of parking space.. it's just past craigieburn and there's no way you will miss it.. last petrol station for a while..
