I think its worth upgrading your fuel system as soon as you go bigger turbo or even upping the boost a bit say to 16psi.
The last thing you want to do is lean out and do some serious damage due to a 18 year old pump.

Im still running the stock fuel pump, on 18-19psi (s16g) (Fp has been rewired, as per www.vfaq.com
