Geez man you simply have no luck! Nice ZR4 grille btw.

It is alot worse than what it looks- I had similar damage to my old GSR when I sold it (loose handbrake + hill + parked car + Melbourne CBD = MEGA FAIL:

(2much) bought the car and got it fixed for a relatively low price IIRC. The damage around your tail light will be the hardest/most expensive part to fix

Your bumper looks ok? Could be a good time to upgrade to Aspec/Facelift tail lights and garnish while you're at it.

More importantly- did the 4WD owner take responsibility?

That sucks mate and you only just got her!
Dont let it turn you off, im sure you'll get her fixed up and looking spiffy

is that a tear on the rear near the join of the tail lights??? if not any good panel shop would be able to bash to out no worries.

There is a tear in the metal, me and another member are going
to try and straighten it all out and
put my aspec tail lights in

No one saw it, no cameras not reported to policE, I don't think there is micj that they can do for me,

dre I know it was a 4wd because of the height, m. Car is not that low now that I have the coilovers on the, and the is no damage on the bumper, all on the guard

DId YOU report it to the police? You should, cause if you happen to see a vehicle with corresponding marks, then you have an avenue to follow it up.

I guess you know now the importance of at least having a cover note arranged before you even pick a vehicle up.

that sucks... looks nice... in a way not being insured might be a blessing... in the eyes of insurance i imagine that would be v-close to a write off...

Jimi you are probably right with that one, we will knock it out bog it up and paint it, then I'll throw my arc tarmacs on it and put my Evo 0 bonnet and facelight front end on and it will look mint

hey craig that really sux man. Let me know if you want me to have a look at it for ya.

By the look of the pics it could be repaired rather easily.

Carl

carl that would be good if you could, i have had a quote from a panel beater of around 1800-2500 to fix it. i'm in sydney for the next 10 days or so, i will give you a call when i get back and if you could have a look and let me know how much you would do it for.
