Great info..

But i found some of it to be incorrect...as stated in link below.

http://4gtuner.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2583&highlight=

Heres some info for the enthusiasts.
These are in relation to where the standard wheel sits.
NOTE:This is for a 17 Inch rim

The rear of the car
MAX of 25mm less clearance.
MAX of 45 mm extension..(outwards)...thats if your car is low and close to being guard to tyre height...(guard to centres of 300mm or lower and you'd need around -2.5 to -3 degrees camber, especially if your tyre tucks guard..like mine :D guard to centre of 280mm)

The front of the car
MAX of around 27mm less clearance..
MAX of around 26-28 mm extension (outwards)..this is around the point the tyre will be just outside the guards..you can go wider...will be outside the guards though..may foul guards,be illegal etc..

This was quite possibly the 2nd topic I ever posted in this section :)

Nice repost though.

I thought I had seen it somewhere else Lorrie.
Now go outside and look for a Jspec drivers side headlight with City-light in it for me in your personal wrecking yard! :smt002
