Is the W5M33 The gearbox from a facemodel galant?....post 89 etc....

And if so will it bolt straight up to my pre-facelift motor,88 Model.?

if its a 3.545 box it will fit ur car

Actually, technically they will both bolt straight up 3.545 and 3.9. Except if it's 3.9 and your rear diff is 3.545, it'll burn out the centre diff.

technically it will burn out the viscous coupling, but we are splitting hairs here.

Unless u want to change the rear diff as well, go for a 3.545 box.

I have a KM box..thats a 3.5 diff yeah?

Its in great condition - all the gears select nicely - transfer case is there too

Yeah you have to have the same diff ratio in the front and back otherwise the centre viscous will be working against itself
