any idea who you used to bring it over?
i spoke to a shipping place in Oz and they wanted over 2g’s to ship it over ffs.

Look up shipporter, it’s a container freight company, that’s who I used, door to door, took a bit over a month but the price was good.

no way, I got a bumper with reo and a pair of guards shipped door to door for like 600 or something, all up the parts and shipping was 1700 or so

Don't understand why they want usd when its an Australian company.
They say its because they deal globally so they only take usd. For a Brisbane based company?

I don’t recall it being an aus based company, they probably just have an office here, I’m sure the guy I dealt with was uk based, maybe US dollars due to them doing a lot of shipping in and out of US opposed to other countries. Warwick Blair was the guy emailing me from start to finish. Where are you based in aus, in QLD so maybe you are getting an extra charge to ship from bris to you once it lands here

I'm in Nsw, 3hrs from brissy!
I might just have to bite the bullet and do it.
Dont seem to be having any luck getting any evo 2 parts here lol.
Getting evo2 front fenders, wheel arches and front bumper, so might just have to.

I just found the old emails, it was $649usd which at the time (April 2018) converted to $860aud. My memory was a little off but still way cheaper that what they quoted you.

Here is a screen shot if you want to send them and say someone else got the same thing sent for half the price, I’m also 2 hours from Brisbane and it was only $32usd extra for the door to door service, me picking it up from the Brisbane depot would have been $617usd
