In wondering what this sensor on the side of my Hyundai manifold is. The na gallants and vr4's ect have the spot covered up

Part 2:
I have 3 manifolds to choose from.
1 cyclone (which im no longer keen on using because it limits horsepower and flow for a small torque gain)
2 gallant 2L Eci multi manifold
3 Hyundai 2L eci multi manifold (lOoks larger than the other)

I'm leaning toward the Hyundai as I've heard good things about it. But in curious as to what that sensor with vaccine line does

its the EGR valve bro..... match the intake manifold to the head..... if you are running the hyundai head, match the mani.... if you are running the mits head, run the N/A intake mani..... the port sizes are slightly different...

And get rid of that EGR valve! It covers your throttle body and intake in thick, black layer of carbon! Eventually, it causes many problems (mostly connected to poor idle)

Oh I got one on other manifolds I have. So I can chick one of them on. Whats ur opinion. Cyclone, mitsi Eci, or Hyundai Eci

In relation to leon r's post, if I remove the egr valve and it is caked up with allot of crap, including inside the manifold, would this still be causing Poor idle after block off? Thinking I should get a Magnus manifold sometime..
