what happened taco did the bolts just rattle themselves loose?
 
yeah i guess they did

now im going to have a lovely time trying to figure out what thread those bolts are to try and get some replacement nuts for them
 
get some decent spring washers while youre at it

you have to be careful with spring washers as the heat causes them to eventually become flat washers!!...

best thing to do is get the lock nuts (either with the built in washer which digs into the flange when tightened) or you can get the copper ones which bite into the thread...
 
Yeah Bazengs' right, spring washers shouldnt be used on the exhaust or exhaust manifold at all because you'll find the nuts working themselves loose from temperature change and vibration. I've seen it happen in as quick as a few days to exhaust manifolds even with brand new stainless spring washers.
