Which BOV to buy?

4GTuner

Help Support 4GTuner:

Greddy Type R
Because it doesn't sound like a stupid whistle.
It's not ricey
It can handle a LOT of boost

you are planning on plumbing it back arent you?

Why not?

Cheap,
Adjustable,
Functional,
Most irrigation valves will hold 150 psi or more.

But no good I guess if you want to brag to your mates about it and it doesn't come with a sticker to put on the side of your car.

This is not a new idea, although the electronic control of it is. I have seen a few drag cars use them but using pressure switches to activate them.

The best thing I like about it is that you could wire up a "valet" switch which would hold the valve open and not let you produce any boost and make the car a pig to drive. Like to see the guys at the local tyre shop try have some fun it it then :D
