Which workshop?

I've recently been building up a bunch of parts that will all go into the vr4 at once. I'm just curious as to which work shop would be the best for installing all the parts AND possibly the Wolf 3d as well?

I've got the Wolf 3D V4, 272/272 cams, Cam gears, Valve springs, Injectors, Cometic Head Gasket, and a few little oil leaks to fix.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
