Hey guys. Just curious to see how many people have had this issue before. My Evo has been off the road for the last few months due to being overseas and a gearbox uhh mishap lol.
Ive come back and started it. Standard condensation coming from the exhaust. After 10mins of warming up it just blasts the workshop with grey/white smoke which smells strongly of fuel.
I havent had time to properly disgnose yet. I would say, based on what I can see. The afr is reading 10:1 which is far too rich for idle. Previously it was running around 14-16:1 on idle.
My presumption before looking at whats really happening leads me to think its a faulty injector sitting wide open or possibly leaking.
my question is has anyone dealt with something like this? Was it the injectors? Was it the computer? And sorry its a late mention but I did a head check before I left and it came up fine.
