please PM me back if you could

please no smart assed comments also, lol

im sure there will be a few anyway:eek:

im melbourne, can drive anywhere on a sat or sunday

You're asking for smartassed comments mate. This isn't the place to be asking for a dodgy RWC. Its all above the board around here! :D:D

If you want a RWC then try your local workshop? They have big signs out the front saying they are licenced to do R.W.C's

Ta, i neva sed dodgy, just a reccomendation to someone good who wont add extra litte things that dont really need fixing.

the rules are the rules dude- do you have insurance on your car?

Well you should read the fine print a little clearer because if you make a major claim and your car is not in RWC condition you can kiss your payout goodbye!!

im not really sure what you are talking about now, as i sed i just want some to help me out with a RWC, i said the car was in good condition, i never said i wanted a dodgy and if i did it would be prety dum to ask on a public forum ????

thanx for your special comment though, i have recieved two PM's

case closed :)

not really sure why you are asking where to get a RWC? Its just like asking 'where do I post a parcel to China from'? Ahhh- the post office?

Perhaps i'm missing something here.....?

You said you 'want someone to help out with a RWC' ? If your car is sweet then why would you need help? Just sounds like you're trying to get a dodgy RWC- saying you can 'drive anywhere' etc. Why would you want to drive 'anywhere'? Why wouldnt you just drive to the workshop closest to you? (you still havent said what part of Melbourne you're in)

As i stated in the 3rd reply, i am NOT asking for a dodgy, nor hinting at one.... im sure many people can tell you that some mechanics do add extra things to be fixed as another way to make some money

im not saying all, just some, also i stated my car was in good condition, why would i take a car that was no where near rw stage and waste both my time and money.

you not missing anything here at all, instead of all this back and forth you could have just suggested someone you know who is good at what they do and you know is honest.

and also in reply to your posting a parcel to china comment, just because you are sending a parcel to china doesnt nesercerily mean you should assume you use the post office as i am sure a lot of freight companies are much cheaper and quiker in the delivering of such parcels that you are refering too.

Prehaps the same could be said about the RW, just beacuse theres a big sigh saying they do it doesnt nesercerily make them the best place to take you business :)

Thats my two cents anyway

Surely you know if your car is in RWC condition or not? Brakes work ok? Tailshaft hanger bearing not ******? Tyres ok? no oil leaks? not too low?

The ones who are 'good at what they do' and are 'honest' would be the ones who write out a RWC's based on what condition your car is in?

I'm not trying to be anal, but if you are looking for someone who might look the other way at a small oil leak or couple of mm too low, then aren't you trying to find someone to do you a dodgy RWC??

i never sed my car was too low or had an oil leak, it is above the height required and has no leak what so ever.

are you telling me that you couldnt reccomend one mechanic that you know of who does a great job. and im sure there are mechanics that you know where you would not take your car .... am i right there?

i am only trying to avoid pains and headaches of getting a B grade mechanic, as i am sure is the same with you, we have spent alot of time and effort and cash on our cars, its only fair that we want the best possible mechanic.

Thats whats these forums are for i thought, helping others out with thing you have learnt, read.

All good though matey, im not taking any offence to anything you have writtin, Bit of a debate is ok sometimes... no harm done

What do you want? A mechanic to work on your car or a RWC? Are you sure i'm not missing something here??:confused:

Anyone who is licenced to do RWC's will be good enough to do a RWC on your car!

What area are you in- i'll get a list of local places for you, so you don't have to go far
