Well I disconnected the actuator and wired the waste gate wide open. The votes are in and (pause for effect) I have a stock waste gate and I'm reaching 20psi due to boost creep. In 3rd I started building boost at about 3500 and had 20psi at 5000. Time to order a manual boost controller.
