Hi guys
I think I saw one of the Sydney cars running the Willwood freaky parts caliper kit.

Has anyone had any experience with this setup?

Does it just run the standard master cylinder?

Are there any issues with wheels if you use these and the E4 disks? Eg can't run ~40 offset 15s?

Thanks!

I've got a FreakyParts kit, it was a nightmare to fit. I made several trips to the machine shop because of improper clearances and spacing.
That said, once it's installed, it can work pretty well. The Dynalite caliper could probably take the standard MC, while you would want the larger MC for the Superlites. Dynalites are known to fade on heavier cars (like ours), so I wouldn't pay to "upgrade" to them. Superlites for sure, and they'll probably take a 16" wheel.

Thanks for your feedback. Good to hear first hand from someone who has made the swap.
Seems like Brembos are really the only worthwhile upgrade option.
