Hi guys, installed some rear speakers today with a friend. We were going to install the sub, but he had work, so we decided to leave it to another day. The [taped up] live wire from the battery was just sitting in my boot. Everything seemed to be working ok.
Anyway, I go to wind up the windows, they're working alright, and all of them go up except for the right rear one; at this exact same moment, the speakers stopped working too.
I didn't know what went wrong, everything was just working. So I decided to jiggle the live wire in the back [which is connected to nothing as stated, just sitting there with its end wrapped in tape], thinking it may have caused interference, and the speakers started working. This happened on and off [on another instance they started working again when I opened the boot Confused ]. I disconnected the connection to the battery, nothing.
The windows are still not working, I'm hoping it's just a blown fuse; lights work, alarm works, everything works. Can anyone confirm what the problem is? Thanks guys
Any help would be gratefully appreciated, thanks.
