Can't wait for a bogan to give me his milk & juice spiel.

Thanks JETGSR if its not to much trouble could u send me all relivent info that u have. the majority of the wiring is in but i need to change my dash loom aswell cos i want to run climate control. and the arse end loom.also did u go go the trouble of welding on the strenghtning brackets that the evo's have around the suspension towers?is there anything else i should look out for that u would suggest that could help wit the conversion

my email is [email protected]

thanks :)

cheers BobWrinkle

i also did the gsr to evo2 conversion.
i dont have any hepful info i can sent but if you are changing the entire looms it should just be a matter of pulling everything appart and swaping everything over to the evo stuff.. (obviously easier said than done :) )
i didnt do any extra strengthning and all is well 1yr later.

its just that i was up at my mechanics the othaer day and there was a gsr up there with a vr4 engine and it didnt have the extra strenthning brackets but it had numerous cracks running down the suspension towers.but obviously would have been running some horses. just a bit worried :? :? :?

do it the tower strengthening plates make the whole front end feel and make stronger if your not doing big horse's upgrading you can leave it but why not do it while your there

just finished welding them on (well really i made my dad his the welding expert) im glad ive done it now but i wished i made my mind up before i sprayed my car oh well i guess my best mate can respray it again :D sounds like it will be worth it in the long run
