wolf tuners???

would anyone know any good tuners for wolf 3ds?.....im askin cos ive heard one place is good and another others say they r bad........ :? anyways i thought id ask everyone on here and see what u guys say......b4 i fuk my car......i got a 95 gsr lancer and a wolf 3d version 4 just sitting there......thanx guys
