Hi guys, in the rally of Argentina recently in stage 8 or 9, cant remember, whose car retired due to the strut tower snapping off and shooting up through the bonnet? I quickly saw a bit of the video today on TV but didnt catch who it was as I'd like to see the video footage of it happening again :lol: :twisted:

yep, that's the one.... that would have scared the absolute crap out of any driver thats for sure :lol: Thanks mate. How freakin slippery was it eh! Several drivers were complaining about the uncut controlled tyres, the rule makers are really pushing the envelope :shock:

Haha....I can laugh because it wasn't me! Bloody bizarre failure...I thought something like that would be more likely to happen where the terrain is more harsh i.e Greece....
