WTB: 17" OZ Chronos

I'm thinking about buying a set of 17" OZ Chrono rims and am just wanting to see if people know where I should look and approx how much I'd be up for $$$ wise so I can start planning the finances accordingly.

These rims are 6.5" wide aren't they? Wouldn't 7" be better for track work (more tyre on the track - hence better everything)? and given there'd be 0.5" more width per tyre it'd be a total of 2" extra surface tyre touchdown on the road all up?

The Tarmacs are 7" wide aren't they?

I'm wanting to use this car for track work more than anything else - hence the question.

I can only afford to buy one set of wheels to last me for as long as I'm keeping the car (the 15" set I've got on it at the moment have lasted me 10 years!) so I wanna do it properly.

yes, they are 6.5" wide.

I run 215s on my 6.5" wide 16s.... you wouldn't want to run any wider.
