yes that is correct Dane.... there is a difference between the CC and CE series DOHC 4g93t due to the revised next G motor, facing the opposite direction... although the CC 4g93t series I and II have a variation also between the two.... I just found this out when i changed my cover recently.

CC series I GSR cover (oil cap sits higher with "no recess" around it,on the s/plug cover ...also one bolt for it is in a different position)


CC series II GSR cover (oil cap sits lower with a recess around it,on the s/plug cover ...also has the bolt in a different position)

*** extra info*** the CC series II GSR "covers" are the same as a proton Gti 4g93p,,, apart from the s/plug cover being red in color normally and featuring the proton writing on it.
