WTB any cheap working turbo

I have a mate looking for a cheap turbo for an engineering project. Can be pretty much anything.
Want one in working order so it doesnt blown up in his face :lol:

Prefer in perth.

ive got a TD04 u can have for $90 (broken bolt in the turbo outlet pipe, just needs to be drilled and possibly tapped)
