As stated in the topic im chasing a dog box for my car "Evo IV" i would prefer ppg but will consider other brands.. Id all so like it to be oem gearing or be slightly taller.

I know this is a long shot but its worth a try. Any one that can help me out can they please call 0421760813

Very slim chance of finding one mate, keep an eye on the for sale section of bmsc and if you are extremely lucky a secondhand one might pop up but they are very rare.
I think you can buy a new Modena for around 8 grand

Just buy the gearset new.. The PPG retail price for Evo 4-6 gearset was pretty good.. I belive around 6k.. you will still use a number of parts from your standard box.. They cost so much to re-build people would be selling for close to the retail price anyway, and you never really know the condition of what you are getting.. Albins is a bit cheper and has the advantage of running a helitical cut gearset.. Straight cut sounds awesome for the first few hours even days.. .. then it just gets anoying..

as for ratios.. all the gearsets no matter the brand have specfic gearing.. and all would be closer ratio than standard.. PPG has their ratios on the website..

My p.a.r syncro mesh box is awsome but they f#*k me around and my ppg box is awsome to just more of a race box its Robs old box

Yeah i do realise it would be best to just build one i was just throwing it out there to see if by chance someone had one either lying around or wanted a oem box because they were sick of the dog engage set up.
Ill give it a little while then ill start throwing one together.. There isa few on the market now so ill show around.
Cheers
