sounds like you need an E2 lip for your fibreglass project as well! I'm sure guys would rather a fibreglass lip than none at all..

my point exactly, if someone was making good E2 lips from fibreglass and selling them at a reasonable price it would be good

theyd break the first time you hit anything :?

theres no point buying fibreglass front bars or bumpers........ get the real deal and you will save yourself a shiteload of hassles and money down the track.


People charge an arm and a leg for the "shitty piece of plastic" firstly because it lasts, and secondly because so do mitsubishi!

evo 2 lips are rediculously overpriced for what they are! compare (for eg) to a VT SS front lip... hmm $50 at the wreckers :lol: and its the same piece of plastic with LARGER surface area!

Also, fibreglass is no way as good as OEM (No one is arguing that) BUT they are very rigid for their weigh / material thickness! Mines been through pretty tough times, and hasnt cracked to date :wink:

NOT really, I picked a brand spanka evo 2 lip for $250 delivered from NZ.

All 3 pieces for this price!!!

Try Andrew Vibert at CVAP (ph 5823 1911). He might still have a GSR front bumper and lip sitting there. I saw them last Sat when I was up there, so if he hasn't sold them you might be in luck.
