I presume the $80 is for shipping lol but that box would be out of my range $ wise for the short term but is prob what I need.Give me the price anyway for the future.I drive about 100k's a day for work so I need my car back on the road sooner rather than later and funds are a little short at the moment.Thanx for your time though. :lol:evopwr said:

are you sure HSG-R boxes fit in CC's? Because I know you cant do it the other way around

Actually alex, correct me if im wrong but to put an AWD box in a CC dont you need to replace the K frame and crossmember as the CC has the crossmember up the guts of it and it needs to be slightly offset so that the transfer case can be in the centre of the car for the tailshaft to meet with the diff??
Well the SOHC 1.8 gearbox fits on to a 63t so.......yeah:blink:

Yeah but the EVO mount doesnt bolt to a HSG-R gearbox. Thats what i'm trying to say- you cant put an EVO gearbox into an RVR, so i'm assuming you cant do vice vera
marc - yeh that is probably true. I cant really say i know, as I've converted everything to evo-spec when i did the conversion.
clutz - hmm interesting. I've had a look at the mounting tapped holes on the wm31 box and they seem to be identical to the wm33 box. I'd have to double check that to be certain tho.

Ok im back been away for work.I was thinking the same regarding mounting that box.Sorry for those who didn't know I have a n/a 4g63 installed with a F5M222RRKE box fitted which I believe is a wide ratio with a tall dif (does not suit my needs.)
I am unsure how the WM31 is configured for the mounts .I am presuming if it is similar to the Evo box then if I was to use it I would need to do the same as a 63t conversion,ie change cross member etc.Am I right there?Sorry my knowledge base is not that wide yet.That is a good price for that box though.I would be crazy not to upgrade the clutch while apart as well so you can see why I'm trying to keep costs down.The clutch is contaminated with oil and most def is beyond use.

sorry mate should have been more clearer in what I want.A box to suit a 4g93 will get me out of trouble for now.I have bigger things in plan for down the track and have other things taking priority money wise at this point of time.Man do you know what its like having 4 daughters?
