WHAT WE D0

CVAP specialize in used Japanese import car parts. We stock performance engines, engine conversion kits, standard type engines, deisel engines, gearboxes, intercoolers, turbos, superchargers, alloy wheels, performance half cuts, suspension and many other parts to suit Japanese cars. Our specialty is the range of Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 1, 2 and 3 and GSR 1.8 turbo cars. We have dismantled many of these cars in Japan and carry most used parts in stock.

HISTORY

Central Victorian Auto Parts was started as a partnership in 1984. It was located in Shepparton, one of Victorias agricultural centres. At this time, CVAP purchased most of their stock from other importers. In 1986, Andrew Vibert bought out the partnership and became sole owner of Central Victorian Auto Parts. As the business grew, it became no longer practical to purchase form other importers and CVAP began importing their own stock in shared containers. This worked well for many years. However, the business continued to grow and soon CVAP was importing stock in their own containers, direct from Japan.

Andrew makes regular trips to Japan and also maintains constant contact with Japan. This allows for in depth knowledge of the stock, from when it arrives in Shepparton right back to the vehicle it came from in Japan. Today, CVAP is run by Andrew and his wife Glenda. Andrew has been working with Japanese cars and their parts for over 24 years. CVAP does not have a large staff, which in many ways improves customer service. CVAP also has a large, clean showroom.

CVAP aims to provide excellent customer service. All purchases come with a guarantee and unlimited friendly advice. If you call us with a query about an item purchased, you will most likely speak to the person who sold it to you.

Dan : nope sorry mate every colour but red , havn't dismantled a red evo for ages, something will come along , i did come across some mint red guards but the guy wanted to much for them
