WTB ULP RESTRICTOR

Does anyone know where i can get a ULP restrictor from. Just got my engineering certificate by putting screws in to make a washer stay in the right place :S very dodgey. I am in the ACT and there are no VR4 wrecks here. UPI said they dont have any... Ideas anyone?
