WTB Urgently - return waterline turb - engine

as stated i'm after the return waterline on my galant vr4

mine has developed a large pin hole and is spraying water everywhere.. need the car asap

reservoir/preston area preferable but anywhere in north melb is ok

Water lines are only pressurised to about 12 PSI. You should be able to plug it until you find a pipe.

hrm... could be a plan... small tek screw with some silicone on it.. thx

You can always block the water lines off- My EVO has been running oil only for the past few months and is all good.

tek screw with RTV will get you moving again

Or you could take the water line off, you can do it wth the turbo on ect.

Then cut it off at each end, leave about an inch to push the new hose onto and get some hi temp push on hose to fit from pirtek or enzed.


You could cut it at each end with enough length so they can roll the edges. But i found the fit was snug enough even with out this, then hose clamped it on tight.
