yeh buying food is always easiest. jamie you can ride with me if you want to have a chance at keeping up

haha, i might take u up on that, or bring the pace car, either or..your car running (VR4)?

We really only have to find a subway or the like for food!

But I need to know where and when!!!

Rob can you get me some positive info so I can organise staff!

Rob if you can - could you Email me direct with the info when you get it, I don't want to miss it as I'm not on here that often anymore.

Troy

Well if the final decision is to come south, ill wing the roads down here, i know em pretty well, and ill be a ble to find something for us to eat.

Just wont be in a '63 engined car, was supposed to be.., but wont be.Anyone got a pace car sticker or road runner sticker for my back window?:D

PS-I genuinely think u guys would have a ball down here, and im more than willing to be pace car for the day, i can even link it up so at the end were back on the M1 north bound for you's to head back home..

Route would be, Old coach road; Reedy Creek, through to Tallebudgera creek road and onto syndicate road, link up over Ducats road through to currumbin valley, from here go over Tomewin road pass down into the roads that are straight wide and unrestricted speed limits between the cane fields, from here catch up with a bit to eat in either murwulimbah or salt bar at cabaritta.

After that the route would then got hrough Tumbulgum and through Hogans rain forest, back down to kennedy drive and onto the M1 north bound at tweed heads for you to go bak home

Estimsates-Time (once on the gold coast) bout a 3-4 hour round trip (including stop for eats)
-Fuel, about a tank.(depends on your tune i guess.!)

I rekon you guys would love the roads here.Ive kept it paved, no dirt.

These directions might not mean much to most of you, but you can gogole it if u want
My shitter can house socket sets and coolant bottles and shit if yous like, its not like were deserted from civilisation down rthere either, its not far from major stuff, but still, the roads are largely unoccupied down there.

Hows that itinerary rob!:D

If you do go northern nsw work out roughly where you expect to be for lunch and the number of people find a little shop and give them a call.

That way they can be roughly prepared for you all showing up and you can get some good country food.
This also gets addressed too, we will be in murwullimbah, its huge...

Sounds perfect Jamie. Can the Bling mobile tow a car trailer incase Mitsubishi's do what they do best?
For the Brissy guys, how about we meet at the BP service centre at Yatala at 9am? ( If we leave there at 9:30, will that put us in Murwillimbah around lunch Jamie?).
Where abouts down the coast should we meet up with you and any other GC'ers?

I figure if we leave my vicinity (robina) at around 10.30 we'd be in murwullimbah at around 12 ish, its daylight saving downthere i think, so theyd be ahead a liitle, but stuff of course will still be open...

Sorry no tow bar on the barina for the trailer!

So if yous can be on the gold coast robina area at around 10.30, thats fine. Maybe the mudgeeraba shell, its on the highway, craig def knows where it is. I think its exit 79.

Yes, much better, as long as it's complianced properly, unlike that IV.

OK.
Meeting spot for Brissy guys - 9:00am, BP Yatala, for 9:30 am departure.
Meeting spot for Gold Coast guys - 10:00 am Shell Mudgeeraba, for 10:30 am departure.

Ahh great, imagine a group of guys in awd's and fwd's, all hyped up with adrelanlin, and then one guy in a GTR. Of all the cars most likely to punt it into a tree, which do you reckon that would be????

haha, weel the barina dont have the stick to go tree punting but we are not speeding at all over the duration of the drive...right
So anyway, should it be kept forum based, or does anyone mind if a mate of mine does bring his NON 4G EQUIPPED NISSAN..haha
Either way he dont mind and hes a fair driver

Iam looking forward to beep beeping needless to say, ducats road is an ex rally course you know..;)

I don't care if a Neesan comes along, a bit disappointed that there are no dirt roads though, although maybe that's a good things cause that's usually when I go into "stoopid" mode.

Should I fit my semislicks for the drive?:p

I can organise dirt roads, they are right nearby on a few other roads, though would that be a good idea? a river runs alongside a few of them too!!!!!!

I was suposed to be staying in pac pines on the friday night but my brothers move in date had been pushed back until the 20th!!!

I will meet with you boys at Yatala BP or you can come a little further down the highway and meet at mine...BP works for petrol and refreshments though.

I'm voting for a final meeting spot at serranos in beenleigh?
