I'm going to sound like a noob here Rob, but why do you need to run this setup for E85?  When I made the switch I just changed all my fuel lines over to teflon lined hose, upgraded everything to handle the extra required flow and my tuner took care of the rest in the ECU.

I think the flex sensor can adjust the ecu so you can switch between different fuels, I think that's what I read somewhere?

^^^^ yerp. He'll use his pump fuel map and then do a e85 map. So the Zeitronic kit will measure the ethanol content of the fuel and mesh the maps together. Allows a lot more flexibility and can go on ling drives without carting extra e85 with u, which no one wants that extra weight.

Yes, it allows you to run either pure 98 octane fuel or pure e85 ethanol fuel, or any mix of both fuels mixed together at once (for the sake of an easy explanation, "watered down e85") without having to dump fuel or switch settings on an ecu or anything. The sensor tells the ecu the % of ethanol fuel content in the fuel tank and the ecu automatically adjusts the maps to suit. Its the best of both worlds. Will keep the fuel system cleaner too.
4 bar MAP sensor is enough lol. I was near at the limit of the 3 bar on 98 pump fuel so just makes sense to get a 4 bar as there is potential to run more boost on e85.

OK, part number is 715-06-06-BLK for the SpeedFlow quick connector fitting -6AN male to EFI 3/8" tube adapter (The black fitting in the pics below).

These are made with an alloy screw lock (the silver part), not a plastic lock like most others connectors use.

The blue/red fitting is just a normal 401-06 Speedflow -6AN female swivel to push lock hose end (they can also come in black colour but I had a couple of these coloured straights spare).

Ready to hook into my return fuel line when I get the energy to do it

Back with some latest pics. Tried running two AWD coupes at Sydney Jamboree yesterday but it rained all day. There was a break in the weather, they tried drying the track, but after just one practice run on wet surface it started raining again. Day cancelled. Oh well.... at least I got to find out I need to upgrade the clutch now. Some pics...

Awesome... just prior to lock down... one month later, I’m sure these cars have had a bit more love?
