Travis, it ran a 12.53@109mph, 1.82 60'.
My best 60' on the day was a 1.77 on a 12.58@109mph run (timeslips attached).
This is with the GT3082 0.82 on a 20psi road tune. It was good til half track but nothing from then on. The road tune was basic and pretty flat and that explains why it felt so linear in power delivery all this time.
Now that its been properly dynoed with 293kw atw @ 26psi it should be good for 11's....
But the next time I get this car on the dyno it'll be fitted with 1000cc injectors and hopefully a GTX3076R

The new Garrett GTX3076R snail arrived in the mail today
This will bolt straight onto the 0.82 turbine housing from my existing GT3082.
These GTX turbos have a new forged fully machined compressor wheel with improved aerodynamic design, plus come with a ported shroud to help against surging.
This turbo is better matched to my setup therefore as long as it spools better and makes more power throughout the revrange than what Ive currently got I'll be happy
Coming soon: Changing camshafts from 280's to 272's.

Nice! Mate of mine Simon runs one of these on his Evo III, cranks out over 360kW atw from his 2.2!
One of these is on the shortlist for my Evo if my TO4E/TD06H4 doesn't live up to my expectations. (FP DBB Evo X Green also makes the shortlist)

Update: ...and so its off the road again with only 4,000kms on the clock. Hey, who ever said you cant make some adjustments along the way huh?!!! lol.
Will be installing:
Garrett GTX3076R turbo with 0.82 rear (to replace the GT3082R)
Kelford TX272 cams (to replace the Crower 280's)
1000cc Power Enterprise injectors (to replace the Precision Turbo 880's)
S90 70mm billet throttle body (to replace the 70mm KU Engineering piece of crap)
3G lifters (to replace the OEM lifters)
Ported oil filter housing (to replace the OEM housing and to assist in the reduction in oil pressure at high rpm)
Walbro 400lph intank fuel pump (maybe, it depends if the Walbro 255lph pump isnt going to feed enough juice next tune)
PTP turbo blanket (to cover the already HPC coated turbine housing to improve under bonnet temps)
Evo hybrid ratio gearbox rebuilt with mech LSD and 4-spider centre (to finally replace the current OEM GSR box in the car)
I have some work ahead of me yet but Im pretty confident I'll have it tuned in time for another run down WSID late June.
Im crossing fingers that my health doesnt screw me up in the meantime as Im motivated to drive this thing again with 300kw+ atw

good stuff mate, dfinatley fit the bigger pump as you will be pushing the friendship with a 255,
especially if you have to bump the pressure up at any stage.
Also cant wait to see how it goes!

Shayne - For sure mate . From what Ive read and seen in dyno results online, Im banking on it being the missing link between a GT3076R (0.82) and a GT35R (0.63) for boost levels between 1.5 to 2 bar (22-30psi). With the other supporting mods it could be just what the doctor ordered.
D3bb4 - I ended up getting it a little cheaper by purchasing the GTX3076R CHRA by itself, then the compressor cover by itself from the U.S. (from the same supplier). They threw the compressor housing in for free so it came in just under $1000AU including shipping [whistles nonchalantly]. Im using my existing GT3082R 0.82 rear turbine housing so that saved a couple hundred bux also .

Pisses me off sometimes as I'd like a bigger garage but will have to move house to have one
Only good thing about it is I can close the doors, turn the heater on and stay nice and cosy when working on the car during the Winter months.

The new colour looks awesome man!
Excellent choice on the GTX3076 .. I've seen them make over 500hp atw now, you'll have a heap of fun with that.
(and stop whining about your garage, I wish I had that much space )

Oh, here's a blast from the past lol Where the hell have you been Steve?
You still think Mick should do the tuning? or are you recommending somebody else now?

Yeah it's been a while! I'm slowly catching up on all the build threads .. I feel bad about how much work all you guys have done on your cars while mine has sat in the garage collecting dust!
Mick still does all my tuning - I've known him for years now, he's always done right by me, and the results have been awesome. Matt's taking care of your tuning isn't he? I'm thinking about going to see him to get through the IM240, as he's pretty convenient being in Penrith for that.

Matt hasnt touched Robs car since the run in tune, he takes it to a place called Tuff Tune performance located in Central Coast
1 of my mates went and spoke to Matt for an IM240 tune and they quoted him around the $1500 mark, which i think is abit too much
Adam at JEM tuned my car with E85 and passed the IM240, and he was fairly cheap

Ah okay - I'm a bit out of the loop! I heard today Matt isn't tuning anymore anyway (working at Haltech or something?) so I'll let Mick sort it out.
Did Adam tune your car specifically to pass the IM240, or did it pass on it's normal tune? Mick's a bit worried about the unburned fuel at idle because of my cams - but I think Rob got through with 280s?

Adam tuned mine twice, 1 was tuned for the IM240, was enough to drive there go for the test and drive 2hrs back to Newastle, then dump the fuel and throw the other tune in on 98pulp
I have no idea how Matt passed Robs car with the 280s though, neither does rob lol we think maybe he used E85 or something for the test
