Hey everyone, heres a few details and pics of my daily driver.

Its a 1992 Lancer Evo I GSR, running a Evo 3 motor. Dyno'd at 172.8kw @ the wheels on ~15psi. Engine-wise only mods are the Evo 3 engine swap, 3" single muffler exhaust, HKS air filter and increased boost. It's got some sort of 'heavy duty' clutch that can't take the power properly, and slips in 2nd gear if launched hard in first.
Other mods include Blitz Dual SBC Spec R boost controller, RSR springs, KYB Gymkhana dampers, and a Whiteline 20mm rear swaybar.
I sometimes run on the standard 15 inch rims and sometimes on 17" Lenso Concept Fives.

Cheers mate. OZ wheels would be nice, the standard rims even looked good in white primer! The car doesn't look all that flash up real close, probably due for a re-spray and going over sometime in the next couple of years, maybe in Evo X red?
I'll post up some pics next week with the flat black painted wheels and amber corner lenses fitted.

Hey Corey,
cheers mate! It handles pretty nicely indeed! Only chucked 'em in last night so I still need to do a alignment, but the difference between KYB SR Special (pretty stuffed) with stock springs, is like day and night. Pretty stiffly sprung (all four dampers set hardest at the moment!), but nowhere near as bad as my old CE GLi with Kings.

Cheers everyone!
Yeah 173kw isn't too shabby, it is enough power for the immediate future. My planned mods for early next year are to fit my Evo 3 control arms with urethane bushes (castor offset), Evo 3 front swaybar and links, a new clutch, some coilovers (I'm liking the sound of the BC Racing coilovers), and a new intercooler and piping kit to replace my dinged stocker :(
Then some LSDs front and rear and only then will more power be on the agenda.
