oh well then its not an ebay one then, definately work towards fuel system upgrades/ecu, remember you will need another custom dump + screamer or whatever you do with the ext gate..

yeah mate everything ive got is ready to bolt on and fire it up, screamer is already on wastegate

Considering that people have run a 13 second pass on a TD05 14b and run 12's on a 16g, I think there are other things you should be doing before putting a different turbo on it.

If you tell us what year your car is, we can tell you if the ecu is chippable or not.

You chip haters . Like Johnson said, they are legal, give great fuel economy and driveability, and don't blow head gaskets. And don't cost you a fortune in dyno time and take another 6 months to get the cold start right.

its a 91 Vr4 J-spec.

Shouldn't be a 91 Jspec. Anything after 88 is illegal to import.

89's may have just squeaked in before they changed the 15 year rule.
The one that Mahommad has is a facelift and can't be rego'd legally unless you do a dodgy with it.
It wasn't brought in as a personal import was it?

You might also want to have a look at the Dotars website for more info.

It should be but the best way to tell is to pull the cover off and see if there is an Eprom in there.
Check this site on what to do...

i have a set of 560cc injectors and fuel pressure reg you can have, been used for 3000kms. i'm chasing $400 for them both. reg has a speco gauge on it. also have a evo 3 big16g and ss manifold which is $600 this setup should get you around 380hp at the flywheel with appropriate internal mods.

should still be chippable though, and as above which parts are you keen on, I also have a chip to suit the injectors with selectable stutter box and converted knock gauge
