Off the top of my head the jspec vr4 single pots are the same pad as for the HH galant SE with the no turbo 4g63.
Pads are db 1249.
Ill double check at work tonight. DONT HOLD ME TO IT YET.
otherwise can someone else confirm?
twin pots aus vr4 and evo1-3 are db 1223. (along with some magana's, verdas, fto, prado)

Just to further explain the codes for the twin pot brakes.....
The "TS" would be maxis's prefix. its the numbers you need to worry about.
For example, bendix and ferodo both use DB1223....
Ferrodo slap FF on the back to make "DB 1223FF" for formulas.
Ferodo zeros have a Z on the end of the code.
And bendix slap ULP on the back for ultra premuim to make DB 1223ULP.
get my drift.
Ill check the code for single pots this avo at work.

I didint get time to check the brake code before companys closed at 5pm their time (im in wa) as i was goin to call as the info i had access to doesnt list the j-spec vr4's. so cant verify the code for single pot fronts.
Surely somone on here has replaced their single pots and knows the code.
I know for sure twin pots are db1223 though.
Otherwise alot of places will have catalogue and real size drawing outlines you can put yours over and match up if you take them out first. ferodo book has that in the back.
