My Evo II RS

When I picked her up... As well as after she got pulled off the road... And had a few things done
Will update with more pictures when I have them on hand!
So far these take her up to when I got her back from the panel shop... Which screwed up and left runs all through the engine bay... So I've sanded back the engine bay so it can get painted for a 3rd time... And now just in the process of finishing preparing the underneath so all of that can get painted... Then I can keep going...

I'll add some details.
Previous engine built by JHH
Ported head
Forged Pistons/Rods
Not sure of cams - either stock or 264's
TD05/B16G
Autronic ECU
800cc Sard Injectors
Malpassi
etc
Was making 247kw@wheels
New setup
Eagle Rods
Wiseco Pistons - 8.8:1
Eagle Crank
ACL Race Bearings
Balance Shafts removed
+1 inlet, +2 exhaust valves
Dual valve Springs
GSC S2 Camshafts
HTA82 turbo
Performance Metalworks Intake
etc etc
It'll certainly have enough power to keep her happy.
Now get the sanding finished so it can be built slacko!!

Thanks... Would be better if it was on the road but you know, these things happen...
ROFL @ Todd.. My evo has already been of the road almost two and a half years cause I was a slacker and didnt work on it so I cant really give him too much crap about it...
As for 5 years, , well Todd does keep telling me 2015 Haha!

well i make 6 in May BEAT THAT LoL
The wait will most defintley be worth it
I dont think I want to beat that LOL... 6 years is painful But it is all worth it in the end!!
Plus, I think my mum would really get sick of not having access to the garage... As well not having half the family room cause my bonnet, front bar, rear bar and front guards are all layed out in there... I think she might get a little
The parts under my bed arent so much of a concern but there are only so many parts you can pile up in a confined space LOL

Can't tell you how much i envy you as i never eralised how difficult it was to find an evo 2...yet alone an RS model! I am such a huge fan of the Evo2 RS!!! Good luck with your build!
Yeah its a bit of a mission... I guess I was quite lucky... When I had my WRX up for sale (Yes, I saw the light and got an evo ) It just happened to be lucky that one came up for sale and was only about an hours drive away...
And the story goes, looked at the ad, looked at the car, and bought it...

Well after realising the difficulty of getting an early evo model RS of any kind in OZ kind of made me appreciate the types of vehicles NZ were able to purchase when i was there.
I still hope to purchase an Evo 2! Better yet an RS model..but chances of that are NIL LOL. Look forward to seeing this completed. I just hope its not gonna take 6 years LOL

a messy girl? but car parts.. that's awesome!

Not exactly messy, I try to keep the parts in some sort of pile at least LOL - They just happen to be under my bed, and all through one side of the garage, and the shell on the other side and the front bar, guards, bonnet, sideskirts, and rear bar, along with the interior just happen to be in the family room, around the tv, next to the tv, etc
Yeah a little in debt for the R Colt but needed a new daily so it had to be done and managed to get it at a reasonable price so that generally helps
