Another Townsville member, I probably should have posted here 1st instead of RIDES, but here goes.
2005 Lancer Evolution (8.5)
2.0L Turbo 5 Speed
Full Time AWD
Super AYC
ACD
LSD
Sport ABS & EBD
4 Pot Brembo Front & 2 Pot Brembo Rear
Enkei Alloy Wheels x4 & 1 skinny little spare (saves weight for dragging)
Front Strut Brace
F & R Stabliser Bar
Aluminium Bonnet
Intercooler Spray
Switchable ACD
Tracking & Alarm System
3" HKS Cat Back
Sat Nav.
Don't know what it all does, but sure sounds good.
Mods to come:
Ralliart Panel Filter - Nxt week
Ralliart ECU - Nxt week
Blitz IColour EBC - Nxt week
Rear Strutt Brace - Down the track
Coilovers - Down the track
Aim is to Hillclimb & Sprint the vehicle in the loca car club events & a bit of 1/4 Mile work, not to much though, it's a bit brutal on EVOs & I can't afford the clutches.
Thanks for the welcome from the post in the Rides section.

Actually yes,
The list would be handy. post it in a new thread.

The 4G63 motor code is street shorthand for dominance. It's automotive Darwinism.

Ralliart is good for light mods. I don't think it is all that though. I heard that PowerFC rips it apart though. A few of the guys on Evo Oz run them.

Thanks for the Welcome guys, this is stage 1 on the Mod Cycle, keeping it simple, as for Ralliart ECU, PNP, no tune, very simple for the Mods being run, will probably go Motec later on if Cams are added.

Hey 80ove,
I think I may have walked past your car while walking the dog. Very nice bit of gear.
I'm in West End

Hey 80ove,
I can't exactly say welcome to the club because I'm not exactly a regular here but I'm moving to townsville in a few weeks. If you're going to be doing some hill climbs then we should talk

Don't have a perticular mech yet, car still under warranty, have only had it run on dyno, not tuned.
There are two four Wheel Dynos in Townsville, & one in Cairns & one in Mackay.

Hi 80OVE
May as well do the intro thing, my names Lee and I'm here in Townsville too.
I own a Black EVO 3, VERY happy with the car & have had it for 3 months now & Always wanted one since they came out in 95 when MOTOR Magazine did a re-view on the "NEW EVO III"
I've seen you driving about every now & then, awesoem EVO you have there!!!
I used to own a 650hp RX7, but it came to a point when it was getting all out of hand with money & i never drove it cause it was too loud, used too much fuel, cops picked on me for no reason ect....
So i also have Pearl Nissan NXR Coupe with a SR20DET Conversion that runs 13.4@107mph for the drags, just waiting for cooler weather & some sticky tyres to get into the 12's.
AND of course the car i have the most fun in is the EVO, just does everything you would want in a car. Would like to take it into the sprints for some fun & maybe a few runs down the 1/4 mile.
Very keen for a Cruise mate sometime & maybe go to that WRX vs V8 drag Meeting in april (With a few of other mitsu's of course)
Cheers.
