So if I turn up in my almost stock GSR, with helmet, fire extinguisher and fee, will I be allowed to run or is this a bit more serious ? I will be lucky to crack 15 as no experience and not much more than stock power, so a beginner shall we say...

Yep, pretty much you'll be able to run simply by having an approved helmet and long sleeve top. Nothing serious here it's all just for fun.

Scrutineering is quite lenient and mainly look for leaks.

Gates open at 8.30am. Scrutineering starts at 10 and racing from 11 to 4pm. Entry is $60 to race and 20 to watch. It will be good to get more cars from the forum there. Good meetup point Campbellfield maccas at about 8.30??

Hey guys we are meeting at the Hungry Jacks outbound on the Hume Hwy at Donnybrook Rd.... 9.30am, leaving 10am sharp. Racing doesn't start until 11, and it doesn't take that long for scrutineering. If you are going to be late, pm me!

You also need a helmet and long sleeves (no synthetic stuff though). Oh, and a bolt in your over flow bottle's overflow hose to keep water off the track in the event of disaster
