I'll see what I can dig up re pictures of my old setup. But they were fixed. Adjustable yes, but only with a few minutes and a spanner.

I'd also not recommend fixed backs (or at least not fixed in the car) if you still drive the car on the street a bit. You give yourself a massive blind spot as it's really hard to look over your shoulder with them (was with mine anyway).

That said, the Velo Podium II I had was the ducks guts. Make sure you sit in the seat though as they are all different. Personally I can't stand the Sparco's. All too narrow through the shoulders for me.

Couldn't you just look into having new mounts made for the seats you have to drop them down a bit?

Fixed back = back pain if you are gonna spend a considerable amount of time in and out of them. Sometimes you just want to tilt back and relax :)

Remember you can always get seat lowering brackets which may be good for a couple of inches head room...

This was the first thread i found that suited my question...
What would it take to fit say Integra Recaro's into the CC? Or any other model?
Big job? worth it/not?
Some will probably say whats wrong with later model Evo seats, but if i can pick up a cheap pair I may be inclined to do it if it's not that big of a job.
Is it as simple as making sure they come with rails, and then simply match the rails to the CC floor?

I think the DC5 recaros may bolt up to the EVO1-6 rails, dont quote me on that though - they just look very similar to the EVO2-3 ones ...
