Seats

I'd also not recommend fixed backs (or at least not fixed in the car) if you still drive the car on the street a bit. You give yourself a massive blind spot as it's really hard to look over your shoulder with them (was with mine anyway).
That said, the Velo Podium II I had was the ducks guts. Make sure you sit in the seat though as they are all different. Personally I can't stand the Sparco's. All too narrow through the shoulders for me.
Couldn't you just look into having new mounts made for the seats you have to drop them down a bit?

Remember you can always get seat lowering brackets which may be good for a couple of inches head room...
i'll need seat raising brackets to get my eyes over the dash board

What would it take to fit say Integra Recaro's into the CC? Or any other model?
Big job? worth it/not?
Some will probably say whats wrong with later model Evo seats, but if i can pick up a cheap pair I may be inclined to do it if it's not that big of a job.
Is it as simple as making sure they come with rails, and then simply match the rails to the CC floor?

\I think the DC5 recaros may bolt up to the EVO1-6 rails, dont quote me on that though - they just look very similar to the EVO2-3 ones ...
afaik all recaro's have the same bolting mounts so yes aslong as you have evo rails then you're fine..
