Don't even get me fucking started on chicks. Cruising along a 90km/hr rd on Tuesday morning, I overtake a chick that is sitting in the RH FUCKING lane. I do a double take cos she is doing something stupid...she is doing her mascara and looking into the centre mirror, the retard stabs herself in the eye and then swerves coming within cm's of my car, so I steer of into the dirt. Catch back up to her and she is still trying to do her fucking makeup! GGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR nothing pisses me off more. As you can probably tell. But no, lets fine people for texting while in a traffic jam.

Dre, maybe you should tell the police to go look for chicks doing there make-up whilst driving and swerving at other cars, cause it might actually achieve something...

cops are alloud to speak on the mobile on duty and off while driving.

they have undertaken driver training so are good drivers and can be more assertive than normal every day drivers

sounds like a harsh sting thats not really fair. Just wondering if you pull over to the side of the road stop but leav car running and your on the phone. Can you still be done?

i have no idea about that but i have been told you can be done for 0.05 by just being in a car with the keys in your pocket... no need to be in the drivers seat or have the car running... i used to sleep it off in my car when i went to piss ups around here... would be a fucker if the cops came to the bash and booked everyone sleeping in their car..

Hrmmm. I was thinking the same thing about being pulled over and talking on the phone.. I don't think you can get fined for it as they will say "You are out of traffic" though, its not very different to being completely stopped in traffic and texting.

The being fone for drink driving can occur if you get in the car.. with keys. Unsure if they can do you if you get in the back or passenger seat as technically you cant drive from that position..

shit aye! I thought you had to be in the drivers seat... i've also done that a few times; crashing out to sleep it off, but got cold and put heater on, so keys in ignition. Could've been busted for that certainly

I work across the road from an Federal Police depot, some of the crap I see those guys doing is ridiculous. Speeding down our street, which is half commercial and half residential (and has a kids playground and lots of old timers) in the police cars and then speeding when they knock off for the day and jump in their own cars. Bastards.
