Hey guys,

How hard is it to make a mould for fibreglass parts?

I'd love to make a mould to replicate the spoiler off my RX7, since Mazda no longer sell them.

I have attached a photo of the spoiler I want to replicate.

Cheers,

Mat

pretty easy mate.

Jump on fiberglassforums.com ; theres enough info there to get you started.

I've found Nupol composites in mordialloc to be the cheapest for fiberglass parts etc.

I've made afew moulds, including a mould of the evo6 front bar for my widebody lancer.

If you have any more Qs just pm me.

Thanks guys! I've just ordered the new spoiler for my RX7.

If it doesn't cover up all the bolt holes from the old POS spoiler I might have to do some further investigation. :)
