13.2 with a crappy launch
As for the valve stem seals i had some issues a little while ago and it was found to be an incorrect oil used after spending a day at the workshop and testing all sorts of things.
There is no smoke blown at start up, free rev will produce next to no smoke and even on the way to the drags I had a mate following and at full noise on the way there it only blew black smoke.
As it only blew that smoke at full throttle trying not to get beaten by that TME so I think it may be the seals in the turbo

A quick photo of some stuff in my garage
I spent a couple of hours and cleaned up the intake pipe from the AFM to the front of the turbo. This is what came out of the intake pipe. The same amount of crap is on the front wheel of the turbo on through the compressor housing from what i could see

Those are just some pretty boxes
I was given some parts from a TME which we thought may have gone in but hence they won't.

I did some work on the EVO today.
1/ Amber front corners and retinted side indicators
2/ Remove front bar
3/ Removed centre mesh
4/ Repainted grill and side mesh inserts
5/ Cleaned up intercooler piping
6/ Painted piping behind grill
7/ Polished up aftermarket front mount
That's about it really
Big thanks to Josh and Gaz for their help today.

Pics of AFM after cleaning the honey comb
The following photo's already show the sensor cleaned up but I wanted to show what I was finding in this AFM.
After some hardcore cleaning  this is what came out of the AFM
Seriously I don't know how this car even ran
It is so dissapointing to keep finding all this dodgy crap.
Never mind I suppose as it's slowly getting all sorted. The AFM will come off again next weekend to get another clean just to be 100% sure it's actually clean.
While I was going I decided to remove the front bar, clean up the oil cooler and throw a coat of paint on it.

Thanks guys, I'm trying so hard to get this car right.
I really don't understand how an owner of an EVO can let the car fall to such a state.
There are a lot of things that I have repaired since owning this car but just simply don't think I need to post everything I get done.
Anyway I'll keep trying and I will be asking you all for advice as I'm going.

Are you going to try and get the original mesh?
13.2 is what I ran in my car on factory boost and cat back exhaust and air filter so not sure why you would be disappointed. What were you expecting high 12's?

Hey dude welcome to the world of old performance cars i bought mine not that long ago an keep finding s#!t thats wrong with it most of which are things that are just worn out but mine had a cracked rim too which made me think of it.
It will all be worth it when its finally on the road, you should go over it with a fine tooth comb an sort it all out so you have problem free motoring in the future.
