If its the modification of the top passenger side mount, any metal fabricator can do it ...

yeah??
has anyone run into problems with them?
what exactly is involved??
cos it seems on all the other forums i've been on that depending on the weather and the tilt of the earth at the precise point in time that you do it can competely change the details haha
kind regards

I had it done to mine in my lancer, but I have sinced changed to a proper EVO mount.
Mine sagged a little due to the give in the rubber bush, but if you factored that in before you fixed the position it would be fine...

ahhh nice
i'm just trying to get all the info on this i can as being a P-Plate driver with it could potentially be a rough ride so keeping everything that should be engineered looking as stock as possible is a big advantage.
i'm sick of vicroads
i asked about taking the turbo off my 4G62T and the sheila told me i couldnt drive it as it would then be considered highly modified but told me i should take it Subaru and have them restamp the plate as a non-turbo.
if she could have seen the look on my face when she told me to take my mitsubishi to subaru i think she would have died with embarrassment.
and they wonder why people find it impossible to comply with their regulations......
do they even know them themselves??
i mean come on eventually when you get on to someone who "knows what they're talking about", they refuse to put it in writing.
so i shall comply to what i feel is a reasonable point.
after that they can sod off.
i apologise about the rant but i'm sure i'm not alone in this

Do Meek do these mounts... They got me everything for my 4g63 conversion to the Lancer..
Moved on from the DSM powered Sonata who put out 238kw @ the wheels .... To a GSR 2.0L that is now engineered ..

purple monster: use half a dohc galant mount (engine side) then half a cordia mount (chassis). any fabricator can do this for you. when you get your motor get the engine mount aswell.
