Its pretty expensive considering how much money would be needed to get it to a level where most would be satisfied.

It was something I was considering, buy a stocker and build up a decent 1.8, the price the decent GSRs were was definitely not worth it, so went after a modified example.

cant believe how little Ks that thing has done!
The owner is asking a premium, but it is probably one of the cleanest gsr's in AUS.

Me too, i'm looking at the mo....if only it wasn't in NSW, and agree, it does seem a little dear...but I want a stocker low k's and clean...perhaps you do have to pay a premium for that....
Red book seems to have a completely different value on these to what I see them advertised for ???
What is a fair price for a clean stocker? Theres one on car sales based in St Kilda which am talking to the owner about...

I bought my my stock (like new) evo1 for 15k. By the time you factor in motor, turbo, interior, exterior etc., the GSR does seem expensive.
I think 10k would be a reasonable buy.
