I have asked that guy 3 times for the CE9A chassis number. No rear wiper (unless it's an RS) means it aint no EVO

1992 is not evo2- it says 1994 in the add.

rs had the pillar aerial and no rear wiper. it may have been resprayed though(white handles and mirrors).. you never know the poor bugger could have a genuine evo2 rs that no one wants because everyone thinks its dodgy.

it does look like it ha electric windows though

Thought i'd clean up that thread. I got another response from the seller:

i put the evo1 wing the car in an import i also put the evo3 side skirts and the car is an evo 2 i have the numbers and they do start with CE9A but everyone i know is saying dont give it out

E1 RS maybe? it has the fishnet recaros re trimmed too

It is just too hard to tell if it is glxi interior or gl (RS) spec.

It doesn't have climate control either. Those seats definitely don't look right! I don't know why this bloke doesn't just take a photo of the VIN numbers to shut everyone up!

lol - that Autometer gauge he's hacked the dash to fit is pointing at a downwards angle!!

It would be almost impossible to read from a normal driving position!

Look even closer and you can see the bare bones spec window wiper stalk (no intermittent speed settings) so this suggests RS model as well.... however Im pretty sure the RS didnt come out with adjustable height b-pillar seat belt anchors as that car has them fitted in it when you look at this pic below. Unless seatbelts were changed for compliance?

The seats have been retrimmed. The side bolsters are -way- too big to be either e1 or e2. Also, seats look like E1 that have been built out. Also, external gate, no inlet on the turbo atm, Microtech, wind up windows.

I think you're looking at a reshell. Cheap tho.

it looks like a CD9A RS or a reshell into a GL CC

2. gsr/gl/rs anttenna

4. evo 1 rear spoiler
5.no digital climate control
6 no lip
7. no bonnet sticker (evo II)
8.evo 2 wheel (not sure but I think the E1 was the same)

I get the feeling it probly is an RS Evo 1, its just one very mixed up car and seller.
